The Golden Bow Modality
The Dance of the Golden Bow Modality is a gift from Core Dimension: a profoundly simple movement/meditation which facilitates the personality self's conscious connection with its Higher Self. Moving The Golden Bow Modality through the body activates the Soul Center: The Solar Plexus Chakra. The Modality is charged with a code which initiates not only a greater understanding of the Higher Perspective, but also, restores the Greater Wellness within each and every molecule. Evolution is hastened on the subatomic level. Carbon based DNA restructures into Chrystalline expressions as healing heads in a new direction. (Syd has noticed lowered heart-rate, blood pressure and release of pain and depression. Others have noticed in her a youthful appearance.)

The Dance of the Golden Bow Modality is comprised of three directional, looping movements initiated with the torso. This Trinity of Figure-Eight loopings are simply coded to catapult you into 369° Consciousness. It also involves a simple hand configuration movement which accompanies the looping movements of the torso, head and shoulders. ( Photos of these hand configurations will be displayed.)

Bring out your favorite crystals, candles and music. Have nearby, a notebook you can dictate Higher Self Communications you may receive during the meditation. Have the heart-felt intention to address and heal issues which come to you as the Modality brings them to the fore-front. You may sit comfortably in Yoga's Lotus Position with right foot atop left foot or modify this to a "pretzel position" of right foot in front of left foot. Feel free to extend both legs in front of you, crossing right ankle over left ankle. It is best to sit on a blanket or favorite cushion directly on the Earth Mother but you can also sit on your sanctuary or home's floor, or on a chair, couch or sofa. Don't worry about where your angels and spirit guides are. They are with you 369% of the time!

Sitting beneath a guardian tree or by a flowing stream or in your own very special place can always provide you with a sense of profound peace and safety, so feel free to do so, if possible. Syd finds Singh Kaur's "THIS UNIVERSE" a heavenly accompaniment to The Modality as do We. Singh Kaur means "Lion or Lioness". Ultimately, choose the music which celebrates your Soul!

It can be of great assistance to record The Modality with music you resonate to playing softly in the background. It is often quite soothing to hear your own voice guiding you through the meditation. A simple cassette recorder can work just fine. If you are more tech-savvy, there are computer generated recorders and programs available to create an audio CD.

~Welcome Loved One~
Come sit with Us now in community. Find a comfortable couch, sofa or chair or if you prefer, you may sit cross-legged on the floor or preferably the Earth Mother if possible. Cross right ankle over left, bringing your hands together in front of the Heart. Lace your fingers in Prayer-mode. Place the right thumb over the left. Briefly straighten and press your pinky fingers together, allowing them to bend ever so slightly. Now, only the tips of your pinkies are joined, creating the formation of the Heart. Give your Angels permission to lay their hands between your shoulder blades. Feel the seeds of your Earth Angel Wings take root and sprout. Now, slowly take seven deep, belly breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth, while gently closing your eyes.

Mother~Father God, Divine Parents...any name I feel best describes my Greater Guidance:

My Angels and Guides, I thank you for stationing yourselves around me in the grand formation of The Golden Bow, your divine bodies reflecting away any denser energies that may be attracted to this GRAND SUMMONING.

The 1st movement is a side to side, horizontal swaying which naturally and organically traces the figure-eight of The Golden Bow or living Infinity Symbol. Easily, I sway from side to side, drawing the figure-eight with my torso as large or as small as what feels comfortable for me. My shoulders, neck and head relax and gently follow the lead of my torso.
I allow my pinky fingers to straighten, press together and point up. This horizontal swaying integrates the female with the male, the yin with the yang, the intuitive right brain with the logical left brain. As my thoughts, issues and emotions surface, I face them in a lovingly detached way, willing to hear any message they may have for me. I feel the blessings of Higher Wisdom wash over me, sinking deep into every molecule and cell. I glimpse graceful solutions and graceful ways of living as I move this compassionate waltz through me. Understanding and peace replace anxiety and confusion as I breathe in this pulsing wave, this pulsing sway of The Golden Bow.

The 2nd movement integrates the Father God and the Mother God within me. With my torso leading, I sketch the vertical figure-eight of The Golden Bow. As I trace the upper loop with my torso, I breathe in. As I sink into the lower loop, dipping deep into my pelvis, I breathe out. I feel this blessed movement join The Father God, Heart Chakra with The Mother God, Womb Chakra. I feel my Divine Parents(s) come together within the Seat of my Soul, the divine Soular Plexus. I feel my Higher Self become anchored in flesh within my Soular Plexus. I celebrate this Trinity of Chakras as together they create The Heart of the Universe within me. I am the Eleventh Finger anchoring spirit in flesh, my pinkies pointing upward into the Heavens.
Slowly my wrists rotate clockwise until my palms face my chest, allowing my pinkies to point forward as I continue to sway the vertical figure-eight.
I allow my wrists to rotate until my pinkies are pointing down into the Earth Mother and my thumbs face skyward.
All guilt, anxiety, depression, resentment, shame, sadness and apathy are surrounded and encapsulated in cleansing, chrystalline tears falling like waterfalls, rinsing each molecule and cell of any clinging darkness and confusion as I sweep this Golden Modality through my body. Every event in my life had a reason for being...a higher purpose. I trust the flow of events in my life, seeing the bigger picture for everything which manifests.
My head and shoulders follow the North to South, figure-eight loopings engaging the full reach of my torso. All mis-ease is exiting through my perineum, or Root Chakra into the loving, gracious arms of the Earth Mother who creates 11th dimensional blooms from the afterbirth of my experience.

The 3rd movement is a combination of the first and second movements. As I sway from side to side and from crown to root, I sketch the Angel of Higher Self, The Holy Cross of Higher Self, anchoring him, rooting her indelibly within The Seat of my Soul. Drawing the Angel of Higher Self with my torso creates the Greater Wellness by activating the Vagus Nerve. Dormant circuitry within the brain fires up. Subatomic messages of 369° reverence, compassion and tolerance leap joyously between every neuron, synapse and molecule. As I sway from side to side and from North to South, my pinkies continue to point downwards from my Soular Plexus into the Earth Mother.

The 4th movement is a forwards, backwards undulation of the torso which radiates the Unconditional Love of Pure Spirit into Dimensional Life. This movement manifests the Utopian motives of my Higher Self. Through the Earth Mother and me, Heaven becomes very REAL. With my rib-cage leading, I draw the Golden Bow of the God Molecule with a forwards, backwards undulation. As my rib-cage arches forward along the pathway of the figure-eight, I breathe in. And as I contract backwards into the cave of my kundalini spine, I breathe out. Swaying forwards and backwards, this simple movement-code stretches my spinal consciousness, making limber any stiffened judgements and attitudes I may sub-consciously covet. This divine movement-code unleashes my sacred and unique purpose into the world. I am blooming my highest dreams and passions. As I stretch forwards and backwards, I link micro and macro dimensional levels of consciousness. My Higher Self blesses creation through The Dance emerging from within me. My wrists now begin to rotate counter-clockwise until my pinkies are pointing forward into the movement and evolution of Spirit.
This undulation plumbs the very depths of my Soul, emerging the Heart-based intentions of Spirit into Dimensional Life. The Golden Bow Modality amplifies the Voice of God through me into the ever-fresh God Grid of evolving consciousness. The Unheard Song of the Heart accompanies The Dance singing harmonies never heard before in all experience.
The 4th movement jettisons me through the 4th through 10th dimensional cervix into the 11th dimension, transforming my energy into FLESH WITHOUT FEAR.

I sway from side to side, loop from Heaven to Earth and from Earth to Heaven... forwards into the worlds of Form and then backwards into the worlds of Spirit. The Butterfly Hand Configuration synchronizes with the movement of my torso. I trace the Trinity of Directions with the 11th Finger, extending my arms and allowing them to swing along the horizontal, vertical and frontwards, backwards figure-eight of The Golden Bow...over and over, with The Breath...with the temple of my body, I emerge the God Flower of the God Molecule...I emerge the intention of

I am becoming the 369° Higher Perspective in the Flesh. The 11th Dimension is the atmosphere which hydrates me completely. Within a nano-millimeter from my body exists this super-conscious Universe. This luminescent halo of the Gods is the pearlesque, aura-gel, thick with ultimate grace, realizing fully now through my alchemizing flesh...an unprecedented event!
It is safe now to speak my Truth.
I am infinitely worthy enough to be heard!
All answers lie within me...
Waiting patiently and lovingly for me to give them voice.
